Rajbanshi Community means the whole Rajbanshi family speaking which includes different castes along with Rajbanshi themselves. The introduction of Rajbanshis are shortly described as under:
Introduction :-Rajbanshi Community of Nepal is said to be originated from Koch Bihar of India. The present Rajbanshis are the descendents of the king of Koch Kingdom North East of Indai. As they are from the Koch royal dynasty, they later became popular as Rajbanshis in Nepal. They have Mongolian plus Austric face-cut, brown colour complex and are Hindus worshippers of especially Thakur, Bramhanee and Hanuman.

Agriculture (farming).Concentration :-
For East Terai Region of Nepal i.e; Jhapa , Morang and Small area of Sunsari distrcit.
Language :-
Rajbanshi language is resembling language of Assamese and Bangla the state languages of India. Besides in Nepal contest rajbanshi are familiar with national language nepali and other state languages.
Traditional Costumes :-
Petani, Gajee, Barahati, Jhanga gati for ladies and Dhuti, Gamcha, Paajal, chaadar, Kamij, Pagadi for gents.
Foods :-
Mc Bhat (ushina/bolied), Dal, Bhaji, Aachar, Mutton, Fish, Panta, Murri, Chiura, Dahi, Kharkara bhat.
Soup :-
Pelka, Kanji, Khari, Fadgo, Gholtol, Sukati.
Ornaments :-
Shitiban, Tikli, Aangthi, Matir Mala, Takar har, Shana, Kanshi, Bichha, Kharuwa, Mattha, Besham, Churee, Chhara, Tar, Baju, Tultulia, Jal Duba Nath, Chhatiya, Khapar Kanta, Chharamir Jhatta, Voreler Mala.
Appetizer :-
Ruti, Pitha, Bhakka, Perperi Ruti, Sidal, Sukta Machh, Muriya Laroo, Khoy Laroo, Bari Darkach, Rashiya.
Entertainemnt :-
Occasional folk dances mainly after or on aaushiya pabni, fishing, Travelling with folk dances songs.

Siruwa Pabni (happy new year), Jatra Pabni (Dashera/Dashain), Aaushiya Pabni (Dipawali/Tihar), Dol Pabni (Phagu/Holi), Daraa Pabni, Ekadashi etc..
Dances :-
Natuwa, Dhol (Dhol-Shaana), Gaun, Chapanha;ee, Hudur-dhura, Bada Naach, Modern Stage Programme.
Funeral Ceremony :-
Among the Rajbanshi , Dead body is either buried or cremated according to the Hindu tradition.
Rajbanshi peoples are not originated from koch Bihar India but during 14th century reign of Biswa Singh, Chilaray and other koch Kings the territory of koch Kingdom was wide spread from Burma to Koshi River and From Bey of Bangal to Tibet. And the Nepali territory Jhapa, morang and Sunsari till Koshi River was under Great kamtapur before that Kamrup (in Purans and Tantras). So Please edit your article and make that Rajbanshis are the Original people of Nepal. They are still in the same place from where they were originated. Nepali Rajbanshis are Originated in Nepal, Indian Rajbanshis are originated in India, Bangladeshis Rajbanshi are still in Bangladesh. Peoples are same but the territory has only divided. As we are the kings who have lost our kingdom.
